HRI Values Featured in Clean Up Day

Hampford Research kicked off the latest Values Committee event with a Clean Up Day to spruce up the outside of our facility.  Everyone on our team participated, demonstrating a great mix of teamwork and collaboration.  We split into two waves, with each group starting the day with a safety briefing and a list of activities. Wave 1 got the space ready by trimming hedges, pulling weeds, clearing debris, and staging the plantings. Wave 2 brought the finishing touches by decorating rocks, completing new plantings, spreading crushed stone, and blowing away old leaves. The creativity of our team was evident in the array of designs they painted on the rocks which highlighted our company values.

The day was wrapped up with a fun cookout featuring hamburgers, hot dogs, and a visit from the Mr. Softee ice cream truck.
