Kimberly Mitola Joins HRI in HR Role

As CEO of Choice Matters Coaching & Consulting, Kimberly partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, elevate culture, and create people strategies that drive sustainable performance and engagement.  With extensive experience in executive HR leadership and organizational transformation, she’s known for helping leaders navigate growth, change, and team dynamics with clarity, authenticity, and a human-centered approach.  Kim worked with Hampford Research a decade ago which gives her a unique historical perspective on HRI’s people and culture.
