Big news from the production floor! Hampford Research is excited to announce the successful installation of a new 100-gallon glass-lined reactor, brought online in November. This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to investing in the equipment, technology, and infrastructure that keep our customers’ programs running smoothly — today and for years to come.

This newly installed reactor replaces a previous unit that had proudly served its full lifecycle. The upgraded system brings features designed to enhance processing reliability and maintain our highest standards of product integrity:
- Dry agitator seal to eliminate any potential for lube oil contamination
- New baffle design for improved agitation efficiency and consistency
- Robust temperature and pressure capabilities to support a wide range of customer needs
- Optimized to support both new product scale-up and smaller scale commercial production
