Updating Our Values: The 2025 Process

Hampford Research has long been guided by a strong mission and a set of core values. In 2025, after more than a decade, the company undertook a comprehensive review of these values to ensure they continued to reflect the organization’s evolving culture and goals. To facilitate this process, a committee representing employees from all levels of the company was established.

This committee met regularly to brainstorm new ideas for the values. Their proposals were presented to the broader workforce, who were encouraged to share their feedback and suggestions. After carefully considering input from employees across the organization, the committee finalized the updated list of values, complete with detailed descriptions.

The new values are now prominently displayed throughout Hampford Research, serving as daily reminders of what the organization stands for. To further embed these principles into everyday work, the committee has also initiated monthly activities designed to highlight and reinforce the meaning of each value in practice.

  • Open Communication – The freedom to openly share ideas and concerns while knowing others will actively listen and be supportive.
  • Accountability – A tireless pursuit for ownership of our decisions and actions with a strong commitment to integrity.  I am responsible for what I do!!
  • Teamwork – Collaborating with others, offering and seeking help when needed, and supporting one another to achieve shared goals and contribute to the success of the company.
  • Dedication – A consistently focused effort to achieve our goals despite obstacles or difficulties. In it for the Win.

Evolution – To grow and adapt to changing markets while continuously improving existing methods and processes.
