Lab & Pilot Scale-Up
Once finalized in a lab setting, we scale the process up from kilo quantities to larger volumes through our pilot plant utilizing our Stage Gate process. This provides process insights to ensure product quality and efficiency when graduating to full scale production.

In our well-equipped manufacturing facility, we have a history of producing newly developed chemicals, or just as effectively manufacturing from your formulas. We provide support for new and existing product growth as well as fill short-term spikes in demand. We have the expertise and capabilities to provide the optimum solution to our customers’ production needs.

Our experienced analytical team strives to ensure the highest quality standards for our customers’ products. We have a wide range of analytical equipment, and we work collaboratively with customers to develop testing protocols.
